Do clients need an account?
No. They open the public invoice link and pay through Stripe Checkout. Your dashboard keeps the source of truth.
Deposits and balances?
Invoices support full payment or deposit. When a deposit clears first, the status moves to partially paid until the remainder is collected.
Where do I upgrade?
In Settings → Billing. Free includes the full workflow with a 3-invoice cap; Pro is $15/month with unlimited invoices. Manage the subscription and customer portal there, same as in the live app.
